Gelechiidae, larva on Purple Prairie Clover - Filatima
Perrot State Park, Trempealeau County, Wisconsin, USA
August 10, 2016
July 31, 2016: collected larva on Purple Prairie Clover, Dalea purpurea, in a hill prairie remnant as part of the WES (Wisconsin Entomological Society meeting)
The other larva also reared to adult.
April 24, 2017: moth emerged, sent to T. Harrison
This is the 3rd try in 4 years to rear similar looking larvae on Purple or White Prairie Clover.

T. Harrison writes: "Your moth from Dalea purpurea represents an undescribed species of Filatima. The two examples (one of each gender) that you reared are the only specimens that I have seen of this moth."
