Head
-- Antenna attachments (toruli) close to mouth.
-- Flagellum 1st segment anelliform (ring like segment distal to pedicel).
Thorax
-- Wing postmarginal vein absent.
-- Mesosternum with a transverse carina, delimiting anterior area for reception of the procoxa.
-- Metafemur with tooth at base of comb before middle of femur placed inside of tibia when tibia adpressed to femur.
Body
-- Scutellum posteriorly rounded (without angulate horn or spine).
-- Body black, no metallic tinge.
