Green and white striped treehopper found with two Publilia modesta. - Publilia modesta

Size: ~4.5 mm
This green and white striped treehopper was on the same Pygmy sunflowers as the two hoppers on 997436. It looks enough like others in the species on Bugguide that I assume it is Publilia modesta. Any help is much appreciated.
