Family Ectopsocidae
This is a group that I can't take far past family but the lack of a Cubital Loop places this small clear winged Psocopteran in the Family Ectopsocidae. In Canada we have two species in this family both from the genus Ectopsocus but I am not familiar with identification characters for species from California so I will leave it at the Family level for now. I am happy to see psocoptera images showing up on bug guide so late in the season.

My psocoptera images are showing up in Bugguide now because I noticed that you have been identifying them. Thank you! :-) I will be paying more attention to psocopterans when I see them now.
