Metylophorus novaescotiae
I call this the tip dot (black mark on wing tip) Metylophorus novaescotiae; Family Psocidae.

Four distinct black dots on the top of the head, cloudy black mark on the wing tip, cubital loop fused to the m vein (sorry a little technical sounding). Great shots this must be the good old MP-E 65mm.

Berkeley Museum eh? Were you at the ECN meeting in San Diego this December. I went as was quite impressed by what your group is doing.
