Size: 7.5 mm
I have found several of these small flying ants in my home this week. Any idea what type?

Additional info
Could you please add an accurate body length measurement (not including any appendages, just stretched out head-thorax-abdomen), and if possible a well focused image of the head in face view, showing eyes, antennal bases and bases of the mandibles in the same plane of focus?
