Identification

Adults - head rusty ocherous, antenna black; forewings purple brown; hindwings pale golden brown, lusterous, darker and grey tinged in females; legs pale golden fuscous (Braun, 1930)

Habitat

Adults can be found at forest edges in early morning (Braun, 1930)
