-- Flagellum at least 2x as long as the 1st segment.
-- Eyes bare without hairs.
-- Ocelli present.
Thorax
-- Femora all black except for terminal yellow area.
-- Scutellum with yellow spines.
-- Notice the bright green halter.
Abdomen
-- Abdomen flattened.
-- Posterior dorsal color pattern.
-- Venter wholly pale or virtually so.
-- Terminalia showing sexual parts (sex?).
