I think this eye arrangement and the pattern on the other image are closer to Tegenaria.. Take a look at Lesser European House Spider and let me know what you think.

I think it looks close. The pattern on the abdomen on the Lesser European House Spider looks like a pattern of dark blotches, and this has more of a pattern of lines. The eye patterns are a little hard for me to decide which one it resembles the most.
