Beetle - Systena hudsonias - female

Beetle - Systena hudsonias - Female
Fort Kent, Aroostook County, Maine, USA
July 25, 2005
Similar but not quite
and not far from it. Could it be a sexual difference?

Same place, same plant . . .
and same appearance! Difference may rather be individual, guess both are females, because I see no dilation of the anteriour tarsi (most flea beetle males have the first segment enlarged).

Thanks.
Thanks.
