Yes, well, it certainly ...
... is a Hymenoptera, but now it gets tricky. I don't recognize which family it should be placed in, although something about the gesalt says Pompilidae to me. There are brachypterus pompilids, but I'm unaware of any all-orange ones (and pompilids only 6mm long must be as rare as hens teeth).
