Yep, that's what it looks like.
There are a few other genera that feed on the plant but don't have those loooong antennae, long skinny siphunculi and long cauda. The other Acyrthosiphon that are known feed on that plant wouldn't have banded antennae, the little dark spots on the joints of the antennal segments are pretty distinct for differentiating this species.
