I think this bee is in the family Megachilidae, but I don't know if it can be narrowed down more.

Female - Mason Bee
Pollen collecting hairs on ventral side of the abdomen = ♀
She has a nice metallic-blue body coloring and slightly lightened eyes. This might be something like a female Osmia chalybea. (eastern) Hold on for an expert.
