Ultra tiny beetle - Cartodere bifasciata

Ultra tiny beetle - Cartodere bifasciata
Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, USA
March 24, 2019
Size: 2mm
I found this really tiny beetle walking on a railing at the park, near a bunch of Black Cottonwood trees (there were other kinds as well, though). It appears to have 4 black spots on the elytra, though it may be 2 spots and a line, or just 2 lines. I had originally thought it was a springtail, but noticed the movement wasn't erratic enough, so I came in for a closer look.
