Size: 5 mm
Posted to verify genus & species.
Posted to extend BugGuide map range for family, genus & sp. into NV.

Could not get access to Webb D.W. (1) so I couldn't key it out, but a comment on another specimen "The white bands on the abdomen gives it away" by Miles Zhang made me think this was a good guess.

Also, Solva isn't in Manual of Nearctic Diptera Vol 2 (2).
