Plectrocnemia? - Plectrocnemia crassicornis
Jackson-Frazier Wetland, Corvallis, Benton County, Oregon, USA

Size: ~16mm
Saw a bunch of net opening of these caddisflies in a shallow wetland stream area. Grabbed one net and found the caddisfly inside. This specimen is preserved in alcohol.
