Remarks

Vogt (1949) coll'ed a single spmn at lights in Pharr, Hidalgo Co., TX in August ID'd as Neocompsa puncticollis orientalis Martins & Chemsak. (1)

Dan Heffern reported four more spmns from Hidalgo Co. (D. Heffern, pers. comm. to MAQ, 2019)

Fred Skillman coll'ed a spmn at Welder Wildlife Refuge, San Patricio County, TX in September 2014 (BG data)
