Tecmessa candida

Following the recently published MONA fascicle on Notodontidae (ref. below), I made a page for Tecmessa candida (still need to fill in the necessary information sections). There are 3 Tecmessa species in the USA, I think at least two of them are figured on BugGuide. I will make the necessary changes. I don't have the time to overhaul the Notodontidae pages, but since I have an interest in Cerurinae, I will at least try to take care of the genus Tecmessa assuming no one has any qualms with that.

Ref. in question:
Miller, J.S., D.L. Wagner, P.A. Opler & J.D. Lafontaine, 2018. Drepanoidea, Doidae; Noctuoidea, Notodontidae (Part): Pygaerinae, Notodontinae, Cerurinae, Phalerinae, Periergosinae, Dudusinae, Hemiceratinae. The Moths of America north of Mexico, Fascicle 22.1A: 132; pl. A-4, figs. 33-36

Steve Nanz is also working
on some of the changes due to the new fascicle

Tecmessa
Ah, good to know! I will leave the page that I made as a placeholder for now since there appears to be only one image of a non T. scitiscripta on BG at the moment.

More info in the forums

Thanks
I just put a comment there so that Steve is in the loop as per the one page that I created. I'll hold off on making any further additions to that page or move images over there until I get the all clear.
