Oncometopia orbona Cicadellid Oncometopia? - Oncometopia orbona

Moved? Moved to where? It appears to still be in Broad-Headed Sharpshooter, so what does this mean?

Looks To Be
It appears to be a Broad-Headed Sharpshooter - Oncometopia orbona. Compare:

O. orbona
Moved to Oncometopia orbona. Thanks Kenneth - I agree. It was interesting to come upon this adult (male it appears) in January in Pennsylvania.

That is pretty strange. Usually it gets colder there than it does here in Southern Illinois. I saw some of these but only up until July, like the one I linked, and I think another one or two sometime in August. There hasn't been anything in the insect line, as far as I've seen, since about the third week in November here.
