Lophognathella choreutes
The pale headed form is the subadult. Juveniles are completely pale.

Subfamily?
Collembola.org puts the genus in Lophognathellinae, while ITIS has it under Tetrodontophorinae. I assume that collembola.org is more up-to-date--but I'd like to confirm that before creating the new pages.

EDIT: I decided to go ahead and create the pages using collembola.org taxonomy. I realized I could always change the subfamily name if necessary. :)

Thanks Ken

I assume this is the regular colouration of the other individual I uploaded?
