If this is a mycterid and Mycterus, then I think it might key to Mycterus concolor (in Pollock 1993 (1)).

More information.
I looked again at this specimen, and looked again at Pollock 1993 (1). And I found a specimen that matches this in M. concolor.

I took measurements with a new microscope of the required parts listed below from Pollock 1993.
Mycterus concolor does mention a light colored elytra, and the measurements fit it.

GPW/PL = 1.9mm/1.5mm = 1.3. M. concolor ≥ 1.3, (M. elongata is < 1.3).
..GPW—width of pronotum across hind angles. PL-length down midline of pronotum.

TL/GEW = 6.5mm/2.7mm = 2.7 which is M. concolor of < 3.0 (not ≥ 3 for M. elongata).
... "with elytra distinctly lighter in color than forebody (var. flailpennis Mom)"
..GEW = 1.8 (GEW = width across widest point of both elytra)

Hope this helps move this to Mycterus concolor location.
