Dragonfly picture at the arboretum - Pachydiplax longipennis - Female

This is a dragonfly that I found at the arboretum. The eyes are red at the top and the dragonfly has yellow stripes on the thorax and abdomen. It was found in Texas. If anyone can identify it as soon as possible that would be great.
