Maybe some kind of Potter Wasp? - Exenterus

Maybe some kind of Potter Wasp? - Exenterus
Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, USA
April 27, 2019
I was watering the plants outside and saw this wasp slowly walking along the porch. It was in the shade, and seemed to have a bit of trouble flying further than an inch or two. It eventually made it into the sun, which is when I went inside to get a drip of honey on a toothpick, to see if maybe it was low on energy. When I returned, it was gone, so maybe it was just cold.
