Pupa? - Fannia

Pupa? - Fannia
Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, USA
April 10, 2019
I found this empty pupa on a piece of wet wood that was left over after a flood brought a bunch of debris to the side of the park. The pupa is so unique looking that I assumed it must be at least somewhat identifiable, even if just to family.
