Tineid Moth Dispersing Pheromones? - Tinea niveocapitella

Tineid Moth Dispersing Pheromones? - Tinea niveocapitella
San Marcos, San Diego County, California, USA
April 27, 2019
Size: est 7-10mm body
Seen on exterior house window in suburban neighborhood, 750’ ASL, at about 10pm. Night time temps in the 60’s F. Just one specimen seen.

It was sitting vertically, head up, as shown and I am guessing dispersing pheromones to attract a mate.

I could not identify it to genus and species. The closest image I found was the unidentified Tineidae moth image in Plate 0434.99 on the MPG website. The top, far right image, from John Davis. It shows two white wing spots and the black and white edging on the wing margin.
