I think these are in the genus Bombylius. Can they be narrowed to species?

Bee Flies
The female (on the bottom) seems to have a light streak, down the center of her abdomen and black hairs along the margins. These are key features of Bombylius mexicanus. (eastern) Hold on for expert confirmation.
