Moved from Caloptilia.

The adult matches the original description of this species, which was based on four specimens reared from "Azalea" in Balsam, NC. The only subsequent published record I have seen for this species is a 2010 paper that discussed it as a pest of commercial highbush blueberries in New Jersey. Since there has been no revision of the genus Caloptilia, it's conceivable that the moths on azalea and blueberry are not the same.
