tiny chrysomelid - Epitrix fuscula

tiny chrysomelid - Epitrix fuscula
Rockville, Montgomery County, Maryland, USA
May 8, 2019
Size: body 2.1mm
Epitrix fuscula, I think, under the assumption that the dark tibiae and coarse pronotal punctuation are inconsistent with E. cucumeris. However, I could be way off and would appreciate some input about the ID.

TIA

now keyed out
This one comes out to Epitrix fuscula using Deczynski's key (1): never with depressions behind humeral angles; body black; body length longer than 1.5mm; not broad & rounded, vertex w/o wrinkles; lacks bronze luster; pronotum lacks serrations on lateral ridge and has an indistinct antebasal impression; front and middle femora at least partially darkened; pronotal punctures dense and contiguous; body width less than 1.6 times length.
I'll email Anthony Deczynski to see if he'll take a look at it.
