Larval hosts include red columbine (Aquilegia canadensis), red oak (Quercus rubra), California wildrose (Rosa californica) and blueberry (Vaccinium). (3) Powell & Opler (2009) report that the larvae roll new spring leaves of various roses, including garden varieties. (2)
