I can't really tell if the me
I can't really tell if the metasoma (had to Google that term) is flattened. I'll leave it up to you to decide on its id. Thanks for your efforts. It was difficult to get shots of this active wasp - these are really grab shots.

Though it's tough to tell with these images, I agree with John & Jane and am pretty confident this is T. atricolor. Regardless, it is definitely NOT Gnamptopelta. I didn't know Thyreodon was found that far north, so this is a really cool find for me! Good find!
