Orange Fly with Gray Mesonotum - Minettia flaveola

Size: ~5mm
I was sweeping random tall grass and small plants at one of the parks which I hadn't been to in a while, and this fly was on my net after one of the sweeps. I noticed the gray immediately as something I didn't recognize, so I put it in a container and brought it home for pictures.
