tiny beetle - Eulimnichus
Harvard, Worcester County, Massachusetts, USA
April 28, 2005
Size: 2mm
It was running around on a damp dirt road in a marshy area of the refuge.

Taking a stab
Looks like a Limnichidae - will place there for now. The Rhode Island Checklist includes only Eulimnichus ater. Most members of this family are unremarkable in appearance.
