Size: 3mm
Never seen these before. I would appreciate any suggestions. It was difficult to get a good picture because it was covered in goo from my insect trap. Its about 3mm and with claw-like appendages on the front legs. Looks similar to mantispidae but antennae and mouthparts don't match my field guide descriptions.

Looks like Hemiptera, Enicocephalidae. Cool find, basal Heteroptera.
