is this a Fallapion? or Hollyhock Weevil? in Canada - Tournotaris bimaculata

is this a Fallapion? or Hollyhock Weevil? in Canada - Tournotaris bimaculata
2 km N of Valeport , Saskatchewan, Canada
May 26, 2019
Size: about 8mm
different photos show different areas in focus. Found on a fence post between a campground and a field with a marsh in it that's between two grain crop fields. Can't see any Canadian Weevils back to the family level of "Brentidae - Primitive Weevils" so would like help. thank you. This doesn't seem to have as much orange on the legs as a hollyhock Weevil, but the long part of the leg seems to be too short to be a Fallapion. ? It wasn't near any Hollyhocks, and we do have tickseed (Bidens) in SK, so thinking Fallapion. found: Fallapion finitimum, Fallapion pennsylvanicum, Fallapion robustum, Fallapion speculiferum and Rhopalapion longirostre Hollyhock Weevil per http://www.biodiversity.sk.ca/SppList/invert.pdf online
Thanks v belov for the move to species level.
