Transparent Green Caterpillar

Transparent Green Caterpillar
Redmond, King County, Washington, USA
May 29, 2019
Size: 5-10 mm
I found this apparently eating a seed bug. I watched it for several minutes so it had time to crawl over the seed bug if that was all it was doing. I didn't think caterpillars ate insects so I'm confused. I'm betting you won't be.
