Thinking Namacus annulicornis...


...but I'm not certain. Do you know what plant they were on?

Black & green bugs
Yes they were on a Bent- alligator Flag ( Thalia Geniculata ) I think your right on this Id They could be juvenile Namacus Annulificornis.
