Close up. These look like they haven't hatched yet. Some of the others look like they were broken open by predators, I presume.

They remind me of pentatomid eggs
e.g. Podisus



has similar though not identical circle of hairs around the top.

 
I'd like
to put these in a large container to see what hatches out. The eggs are very small, maybe 1mm or so in diameter.
