Might have never seen it, except I put down a bag and it was on the bag when I picked it up. In southeast MN bluff prairie.

I can't see a clear view of the anterolateral pronotal margin to see if it's actually denticulata...

 
known hosts of porosa don't reach Minnesota
whereas the known hosts of denticulata are widespread across Minnesota... I feel comfortable in moving this to denticulata.

I do recall the area having a significant amount of Ceanothus.
