Megachilidae - Lithurgopsis apicalis - Female
Upper Garden Canyon, Ft. Huachuca, just W. of Sierra Vista, Cochise County, Arizona, USA

This megachilid was, at a glance, different from what I have been seeing. It was decidedly smaller, kept the wings folded over the abdomen, and had a rufous fringe of hairs on the terminal segments. Taken in high wind--not great photos.
