Little Wood-Satyr?

Little Wood-Satyr?
Lexington, Rockbridge County, Virginia, USA
May 21, 2019
I thought this was an everyday Little Wood-Satyr, until I noticed it had three eyespots on the upper side forewing. I've gone thru hundreds of pictures on the web, and haven't seen another like it. Is this common variation, or a different variety perhaps?
