Unknown molting nymph - Balcanocerus
Springfield, Fairfax County, Virginia, USA

Size: 2 to 3mm
I'm certain this is the same species as the bug shown here:


It was found molting on the same apple tree. While I'm certain it is a homopteran, I again don't know what genus or species it is.
