Sawfly with Green Abdomen - Nematus

Sawfly with Green Abdomen - Nematus
Pacific Heights Neighborhood , Saskatoon , Saskatchewan, Canada
June 4, 2019
This sawfly was struggling to fly and was at the base of our large storage tent underneath the Spruce trees in our back garden. After holding it in direct sunlight it seemed to recover and flew away ably.

Nematinae
I think this and the earlier observation might actually be Pikonema sp., despite Dr. Smith's ID. The long, rounded sawsheath plus the fact it was found beneath spruce are more consistent with Pikonema than Nematus. Though of course genera in this subfamily are tricky, so one always needs the specimen to be 100% sure.

It does look similar.
I never got as many photos or such a close look the the sides or undersides last time. Thanks for the help!
