A Monochamus...
The strong lateral pronotal spine eliminates Goes debilis and the coarse elytral punctation and longer "face" suggest Monochamus. I suspect it is M. carolinensis but a dorsal shot would be necessary to confirm it.

Perhaps Goes variegatus? Without a dorsal view, it might be impossible to get a definitive ID.
