Note, she has red legs, which rules out Pygodasis quadrimaculata. Sometimes, as in this case with these two species, the body size (or wing venation) can be very important for your IDs.

Thank you, Bob. I tried to guess-timate the size of the Brown-eyed Susan disc to use as a reference when guessing between the two species. I may have over-estimated the flower size. I appreciate your comment, both about the red legs and maybe using something for a size reference.
