Our first thought was
Glenognatha foxi

but it looks like they have thinner legs and we don't have any submitted from Arizona
So then we looked at Hypsosinga funebris

but we don't have any of those from Arizona either.
Dang!

Hhhmmm....I think your 2nd suggestion might well be the answer even if there aren't any recorded for Arizona.
