Grotella dis ??? - Neogrotella confusa

Grotella dis ??? - Neogrotella confusa
Kermit Sandhills at Co. Rd. 302, Winkler County, Texas, USA
May 12, 2019
Size: ~12 mm (head to wing tip)
Several of these were found resting on flowers of sand verbena (Abronia fragrans) in the dunes. Based on images on BG and Moth Photographer's Group, I am guessing Grotella dis, or less likely Schinia citrinellus or Leucocnemis nivalis. I am ruling out Arctiinae and Prodoxidae.
