Pulvinaria on black walnut - Pulvinaria - female

Pulvinaria on black walnut - Pulvinaria - Female
Lake Station, Lake County, Indiana, USA
June 8, 2019
Size: About 1/4 inch
I have many black walnut trees and this is first I've seen.

Moved to Pulvinaria for expert attention.
Moved from ID Request.

I know nothing about this group but nobody seemed to be following up on it in ID Request so I've moved it to Cottony Scales in hopes that an expert will see it and recognize it.

Thanks.
Thanks.
