Prince Baskettail Dragonfly? - Epitheca princeps
Reston, Fairfax County, Virginia, USA

Observed in garden 2 p.m., perched on flowering carrot stalk. Large dragonfly, but rather thin, distinctive wing markings. I think this may be an example of Epitheca princeps, but confirmation/correction would be appreciated
