What kind of roaches are these - Shelfordella lateralis

What kind of roaches are these - Shelfordella lateralis
LaVergne , Rutherford County, Tennessee, USA
June 13, 2019
Size: 1.25”
Roaches on a sticky trap in my garage. I’ve been seeing the darker ones for a few weeks but the light one is new. I don’t know whether the dark is oriental or wood roach, and in fact I was told it could be American as well. I don’t think the dark one is American because it looks full grown, all the ones I’ve seen have been that same size. The lighter one is possibly American but it’s smaller than I would have thought an American would be. Second picture only shows the darker one but both are the same size so you can compare to the quarter and penny. American? Wood? Oriental?
