What is going on in Lacey this year? This might be
Cacoecimorpha pronubana
. Several of your neighbors have already submitted this species, that they raised from a larva.
Is this a school project or a sampling of some kind of an outbreak?

This was a science project that we ran for our class. We found the larvae in specific bushes and leaves. There shouldn't be an outbreak of these species, but these were the type of larvae that seemed to live on the plants outside of our campus.
